Afire➡ Ordinary
CO2 cannot be applied to Afire.
Carbon dioxide gas cannot adhere to flammable materials.

Therefore, carbon dioxide is not suitable for A fire.
Bfire➡Liquid
Water cannot be applied to Bfire.
The reason why water cannot be poured on a B fire is that the water will dive under the flammable liquid. And it spreads the flames of the fire over a wide area unnecessarily.
Cfire➡Electrical
Water cannot be applied to Cfire.
The reason why water cannot be poured on a fire is that water conducts electricity,
so there is a risk of electric shock.
